Growing Indigenous Trees. Restoring Our Landscapes.

Our tree nursery programme is a key part of our work to restore landscapes, protect biodiversity and strengthen community resilience. We focus on producing indigenous and fruit tree seedlings for farmers, households, schools, community groups and restoration initiatives across the communities we serve.

With a production capacity of approximately 1 million seedlings every year, our nurseries provide communities with locally available planting materials for long-term restoration and sustainable land use.

More Than a Nursery

Our nurseries are not simply places where seedlings are raised. They are part of a community-led restoration approach that connects environmental conservation with livelihoods, food security and traditional knowledge. We work with communities to grow, plant and care for trees while promoting knowledge about indigenous species and their importance to local landscapes. For women and young people, tree nurseries also create opportunities to develop skills and participate in sustainable, environmentally friendly livelihoods

Every seedling we raise represents an opportunity to restore a landscape, protect biodiversity, support a farmer, green a school or strengthen a household.
